Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN), a leading provider of irrigation systems and infrastructure products, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable August 31, 2017, to shareholders of record on August 17, 2017. This quarterly cash dividend rate represents a 3.4% increase in the previous quarterly indicated rate of $0.29 per share. The new annual indicated rate is $1.20 per share, up from the previous annual indicated rate of $1.16 per share.

Hassinger will succeed President and CEO Rick Parod, who previously announced he is retiring later this year after 17 years of service to the company.
