Meet Christina Mallory!

As the Human Resources Manager at Elecsys, Christina performs all Human Resource and recruiting functions at the Olathe location. As such, she oversees hiring, deploying, and managing the organization’s employees and is often involved in training and development activities. Christina works in conjunction with the Omaha Human Resources team on Lindsay initiatives and key in keeping a steady balance within the organization.

How long have you been an employee at Elecsys? 3+ years
If you could pick one of your job activities or a recent project to describe as special, what would it be and why? One of the things I like best about Human Resources is that you never know what your day will be like, and you never get bored. I love dealing with and getting to know Elecsys employees. Building personal relationships are very rewarding to me. I really enjoy helping people.

What is something on your bucket list that you have not checked off yet? Retiring on a lake.
What is one fun fact about yourself? I have two fur babies; they are pit bulls.
What is your idea of a great day? Spending a day with my grandkids; all five of them. They make my heart smile.
If you were an animal, what would you be? Why? A dog, so I could snuggle with my owner and make them feel good and protect them.
If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would you invite? Lenny Kravitz, Princess Diana and Mother Teresa.
Would you rather be able to speak any language or be able to communicate with animals? Communicate with Animals. I would love to know what my dog Macy is thinking and what her looks really mean.
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? A house for my dad in the country.
If you could take a trip, where would you like to travel to? Take a long road trip and visit all of the national parks.
When it comes to snacks, do you prefer salty or sweet? Sweet, pretty much anything chocolate.
If you could choose to have one superpower, what would it be and why? Super speed, so I can get a lot more things done.
