How long have you been an employee at Elecsys? I have been with Elecsys for 12 Years.

If you could pick one of your job activities or a recent project to describe as special, what would it be and why? If I could pick one of my job activities to describe as special I would pick doing coaching and personal development with my team members. Working with my team members on continuous improvement and development is special because we get to see their growth and development as an employee and as a person. This becomes a benefit to the individual, the team, and the company.

What is something on your bucket list that you have not checked off yet? I think that one of the best things on my bucket list that I have yet to check off is to retire and move to San Diego.

What is one fun fact about yourself? Fun fact, I play the bass guitar.

What is your idea of a great day? Spending time with my family. We always have a great time when we are all together.

If you were an animal, what would you be? Black Eagle

If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would you invite? Langston Hughes, Kobe Bryant and Malcom X

Would you rather be able to speak any language or be able to communicate with animals? Communicate with animals.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? The first thing that I would buy if I won the lottery would be a ticket to being debt free.

If you could time travel, where would you like to travel to? To the Harlem Renaissance (1920's)

When it comes to snacks, do you prefer salty or sweet? List your favorite treat. Salty - Lays potato chips
