How long have you been an employee at Elecsys? 

6 Months

If you could pick one of your job activities or a recent project to describe as special, what would it be and why? 

Purchasing a new pick and place machine for our surface mount technology department. This allows one of our operational lines to increase productivity by over 300%. The increased manufacturing speed helps reduce lead times, aggressively move through backlog, and place components more accurately than the legacy machine. In the end, it gets the product to customer more quickly, all while improving quality.

What is something on your bucket list that you have not checked off yet? 

A trip to Alaska

What is one fun fact about yourself? 

My guilty pleasures include pinball, badminton, and retro arcade games.

What is your idea of a great day? 

Spending all day with my children.

If you were an animal, what would you be? Why? 

A bear. Something about 6 months in the wilderness followed by a 6 month nap seems really appealing.

If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would you invite? 

Bernie Madoff, Sam Bankman-Fried, Elizabeth Holmes. Greatest con men of the century battle it out over dinner.

Would you rather be able to speak any language or be able to communicate with animals? 

Speak any language.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? 

I would buy my dad a new pickup truck. I know that he always wanted one, but he lived a frugal life to put his family first.

If you could time travel, where would you like to travel to? 

Rome during the peak of Roman Empire

When it comes to snacks, do you prefer salty or sweet? List your favorite treat.

I am known to have a soft spot for gummy bears.
